Comments
I've had to turn comment moderation on for this blog because I've had to delete some pointless or useless comments recently, including two left this morning by 'anonymous'. This just means that comments won't show up until I've approved them. I will only delete comments that are spam, or offensive, which is exactly how I've been operating recently except that now I'll be deleting them in advance rather than after they're posted.

I won't censor most comments (I'm not going to be like the Australian government), but I don't feel comments like:
"cause you're a c*ck?"
need to be left

Exactly - that particular person, who posted as "anonymous" left two comments, and while the other was marginally less insulting, I deleted both of them.
I know I can moderate comments and delete those I don't like (I've had some spam from time to time), but I would prefer not to have those comments on my blog even for the short time between them being left and me deleting them.
Yeah, spam fighting*
* I am just trying the (human) filter there :)
